1856 Proceedings: Whereas, a Dispensation was issued by the Most Wor. Grand Master to authorize the opening of a Lodge at Mannington, in Marion county, by the name of Mannington Lodge, No., and appointing Wor. Jas. L. Brand as Master; Thomas Hough as Senior Warden, and A. S. Michael as Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being returned, with the necessary documents:
Resolved, That the Dispensation be continued in force until the next Grand Annual Communication.
