1794 Proceedings: In conformity to Most Worshipful Grand Master’s directions, a Dispensation has this day issued to John
Jones, as Master; Casper Webbor, as Senior Warden, and John Gardner, as Junior Warden, to hold a regular Lodge in the county
of Campbell, at Campbell courthouse, designated by the name of the Campbell Lodge, No. 45; which Dispensation is to be in force
until next Grand Communication and no longer.
