Whereas, A Dispensation was issued by the Most Wor. Grand Master, to authorise the opening a Lodge at Norfolk, in the county of Norfolk, by the name of Atlantic Lodge, No. ---, appointing Wor. George L. Upshur, Master; James Y. Leigh, Senior Warden, and W. A. Graves, Junior Warden - the necessary documents having been returned, except the Dispensation.
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name, title and designation of Atlantic Lodge, No. 2, and appointing the officers named.
