Confirmed chartered 10/29/1793. A petition, attended by the proper requisites, was presented in favour of Anthony Mustoe, Robert Sutlington, David Cochran and John Oliver, praying for a Charter, authorizing them to work as a Lodge at the Warm Springs, in the county of Bath; it is Ordered, That a Charter do issue agreeably to the prayers of the above, to Anthony Musloe, Master; Robert Sutlington, Senior Warden; David Cochran, Junior Warden, to open and hold a Lodge as aforesaid, by the name of the Bath Union Lodge, No. 42.
