1797 Proceedings: A Dispensation has this day issued to Edmond Cooper, Master; Thomas Claiborne, Senior Warden; and Joseph Purceval, Junior Warden, to hold a regular Lodge in the county of Brunswick, at Brunswick courthouse, designated and to be known by the name of the----- Lodge, No. 50; which Dispensation is to continue in force until the next Grand Annual Communication and no longer.
That a charter do issue, appointing Joseph Purceval, Master; William Stokes, Senior Warden; and Phill Claiborne, Junior Warden, to hold a regular Lodge in the county of Brunswick, to be known by the name of the Brunswick Lodge, No. 52.
