1802 Proceedings: The petition presented by Brother John H. Peyton, signed by several respectable brethren, with a recommendation and certificate from Lodge No. 50, praying for a charter to constitute a Lodge in the town of Hay Market, in the county of Price William, was taken up; on which,
Resolved, That a charter do issue, appointing James Wiggington, Master; John W. Wiggington, Senior Warden; and William
Shaw, Junior Warden; to establish a Lodge in the place aforesaid, by the name of the Hay Market Lodge, No. 67.
1820 Proceedings: On the motion of the representative of Lodge No. 67, Resolved, That the name of the said Lodge, be changed from “Hay Market Lodge,” to that of “Centreville Lodge,” Fairfax county.
