Confirmed chartered 12/15/1818. 1818 Proceedings: A petition and recommendation having been received from several brethren, residing at Harper's Ferry, Jefferson county, praying for a charter, on motion, Resolved, That a charter do issue for the establishment of a Lodge at Harper’s Ferry, in the county of Jefferson, aforesaid, by the name of the Charity Lodge, No. Ill, appointing James Stubblefield, Master; Edward Wager, Senior Warden; and Wm. Small, Junior Warden.
