1817 Proceedings: A dispensation having been issued by the Grand Master, dated April 26th, 1817, to authorize the opening of a Lodge in the town of Falmouth, by the name of the Falmouth Lodge, appointing John England, Master; William Buckman, Senior Warden; and William Bell, Junior Warden; and the said dispensation being returned, and the other documents, and a petition for a charter, on motion,
Resolved, That a charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name of the Falmouth Lodge, No. 106',
and appointing the said brethren officers thereof who are named in said dispensation.
1819 Proceedings: Resolved, That the District Deputy Grand Master, in the district, in which Lodge No. 78 (Washington), was held, be and he is hereby desired to deliver to Falmouth Lodge, No. 106, on loan, reclaimable by order of this Grand Lodge, the floor-cloths and pillars, belonging to the said Lodge No. 78, which is now dormant.
