Confirmed chartered 12/15/1812 as "Rockfish Harmony Lodge, No. 92". Assigned to District 10 in 1820. Same District in 1850. 1812 Proceedings: Resolved, That a charter do issue for the establishment of a Lodge in Nelson county, by the name of the Rockfish Harmony Lodge, No. 92, appointing John M. Martin, Master; Hudson Martin, jun’r, Senior Warden; and Landon H. Brent, Junior Warden. 1839 Proceedings: Listed as dormant. 1845 Proceedings: Whereas, a Dispensation was issued to authorise the opening a Lodge in the town of Fleetwood, Nelson county, by the name of Fleetwood Harmony, appointing Harlow W. Heath, Master, Spottswood G. Perrow, Senior Warden, and L. N. Liggon, Junior Warden, and said Dispensation having been returned together with the necessary documents; whereupon, Resolved, That the said Brethren be authorised to revive the Charter of "Rock Fish Harmony Lodge, No. 92", and remove the same to Fleetwood, Nelson county, under the name of "Fleetwood Harmony, Lodge No. 22", upon the payment of Ten Dollars in full of all arrearages to this said Annual Communication inclusive; appointing Harlow W. Heath, Master, Spottswood G. Perrow, S. Warden, and L. N. Liggon, J. Warden. 1850 Proceedings: Not listed among active Lodges, but listed under a District. 1871 Proceedings: In July last the District Deputy Grand Master of District No. 10 officially reported to me that many irregularities existed in the management and working of Clinton Lodge, No. 73; among them that the records of the Lodge were imperfectly kept; that no re-cord of their proceedings had been made, except on slips of paper, since October, 1870; that an Entered Apprentice had been admit-ted into a Lodge of Master Masons; that the Lodge had received the petition of a candidate, and initiated, passed, and raised him, without a Dispensation, on the same night; that by resolution, the examination of candidates advancing from one degree to another was dispensed with; together with other violations of Masonic law, constantly practiced. In the following month, the same District Deputy Grand Master reported to me that irregularities and infractions of Masonic law, of a similar character to those above recited, existed in Fleetwood Harmony Lodge, No. 92; and that the Lodge was occupying, for its meetings, a garret over a store owned and occupied by a person not a Mason, who could, if he desired, see and hear everything that transpired. Of course I promptly suspended the Charters of both the above-mentioned Lodges. The papers pertaining to these cases are herewith filed. Resolved, That the action of Past Grand Master Owens, in arresting the Charter of Fleetwood Harmony Lodge, No. 92, be approved. 1872 Proceedings: In reference to a communication received from District Deputy Grand Master, P. L. S. Kirby, praying that the Charter of Fleetwood Harmony Lodge, No. 92, suspended by the Most Worshipful Grand Master in August, 1871. be restored; and also, a resolution enquiring into the expediency of restoring the Charter of Corinthian Lodge, No. 39, your Committee would recommend that the same be referred to the Most Worshipful Grand Master, to take such action as he may deem expedient and proper in the premises.
