1796 Proceedings: A Dispensation has this day issued from the Most Worshipful Grand Master to James Tuemon, Master; Parker Colhoan, as Senior Warden, and William Sutton, Junior Warden, to hold a regular Lodge in George Town, Scott county, Kentuckee. This Dispensation is to be in force until the next Grand Annual Communication and no longer.
Resolved as the opinion of your committee, That a Charter do issue to them, appointing William Sutton, Master; Parker Calhoun, Senior Warden, and John Hunter, Junior Warden, to hold a regular Lodge in the town of George Town, in the county of Scott,
in the State of Kentucky, recorded and to be known by the name, title and designation of the George Town Lodge, No. 46.
