Whereas, A Dispensation was issued by the Most Wor. Grand faster, to authorise the opening a Lodge at Giles Courthouse, by the name of Giles Lodge, No. ---, appointing Wor. W. W. McComas, Master; George D. Hodge, Senior Warden, and James W. English, Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being returned with the necessary documents.
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name, title and designation, of Giles Lodge, No. 106, and appointing the officers named.
