1857 Proceedings: Whereas, a Dispensation was issued by the M. W. G. Master to authorize the opening of a Lodge at Heathsville, Northumberland county, by the name of Heathsville Lodge, No. ---, and appointing Wor. R. A. Claybrook, M., Andrew J. Henderson, S. W., Peter C. Cox, J. W., and for satisfactory reasons, it being apparent to the committee that it would not be conducive to the interests of Masonry to establish a Lodge at that place: Resolved, That a Charter do not issue for the establishment of said Lodge.
