Sinton as Senior Warden, and Benjamin T. Chalk as Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being returned, with the necessary documents: Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge by the name, title and designation of Henrico Union Lodge, No. 130, and appointing the officers named.
