Notes: Confirmed Chartered as "Fulton Lodge, No. 193" in District 22 on 12/11/1860. Whereas a dispensation was issued by the M. W. Grand Master to authorize the opening of a Lodge at Hillsville, in the county of Carroll, by the name of Fulton Lodge, No. 193, and appointing Wor. Chas. S. Lame Master, L. F. Woltz Senior Warden, and W. C. Thornton Junior Warden, and said dispensation being returned with the necessary documents: Resolved, That a charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name, title and designation of Fulton Lodge, No. 193, and appointing the officers named.
