Richard Miller, Master; Samuel McElroy, Senior Warden, and Philip Peterson, Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being returned, with the necessary documents:
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge by the name, title and designation of Hunter Lodge, No. 135, and appointing the officers named.
