Notes: Confirmed chartered 12/14/1813. 1813 Proceedings: A dispensation having been issued by the Grand Master, dated July 6, 1813, for the opening of a Lodge in the town of Liberty, in the county of Bedford, appointing Christopher Clark, Master; Joseph Parsons, Senior Warden; and George Ronald, Junior Warden ; and the said dispensation being returned, and an abstract of the proceedings had thereunder, on motion, Resolved, That a charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name of Liberty Lodge, No. 95, appointing Christopher Clark, Master; Joseph Parsons, Senior Warden ; and Samuel Read, Junior Warden.
