Confirmed chartered 12/14/1819.
1819 Proceedings: A dispensation having been issued by the Grand Master, under date of March 10, 1819, to authorize the opening of a Lodge at Elk Run Church, in the county of Fauquier, by the name of the Lodge of Fellowship, appointing William Thompson, as Master; Thomas Smith, as Senior Warden; and David James, as Junior Warden; and the said dispensation being returned, and the other necessary documents, on motion,
Resolved, That a charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the designation of the Lodge of Fellowship, No. 116, appointing the same brethren officers thereof, who are named in the said dispensation.
1821 Proceedings: That the Lodge No. 116 (Lodge of Fellowship), be and it is hereby permitted to retain and use the jewels of Lodge No. 69 (Warrenton), now dormant.
