Confirmed chartered 12/15/1818. 1818 Proceedings: A dispensation having been issued by the Grand Master, bearing date February 16, 1818, to authorize the opening of a Lodge in the town of Waterford, in the county of Loudoun, by the name of the Lodge of United Brethren, appointing Jacob B. Thomas, Master; Samuel Hough, Senior Warden; and George Sharp, Junior Warden; and the said dispensation havmg been returned, with the necessary documents, on motion, Resolved, That a charter do issue for the establishment of said Lodge, by the name of the Lodge of United Brethren, No. 109, appointing the same brethren officers thereof, who are named in the said dispensation.
