Confirmed inactive 12/11/1810. 1805 Proceedings: The petition of sundry brethren, praying for a charter for the permanent establishment of a Lodge in the town of Leesburg, in the county of Loudoun, was read and considered, and on the question being taken, Resolved, That a charter do issue for the establishment of said Lodge by the name of the Loudoun Lodge, No. 75, appointing Peter B. Whiting, Master; Fleet Smith, Senior Warden; and John Myers, Junior Warden. 1810 Proceedings: Brother Charles P. Tutt, made known that the Loudoun Lodge, No. 75, of which he was the representative, had come to a determination to return its charter to the Grand Lodge, and moved that a special grand committee be appointed to enquire whether the proceedings of said Lodge, have been such as are prescribed by this Grand Lodge in that case, and the question being put, it was carried in the affirmative. The committee to whom was referred the petition of the Loudoun Lodge, No. 75, submitted to the Grand Lodge, by Brother Charles P. Tutt, Master thereof, after having taken into consideration the said petition, together with the information communicated verbally by Brother Tutt, and having compared the proceedings of the said Lodge, with the regulations of the Grand Lodge to this subject appertaining, beg leave respectfully to report— That the proceedings of the said Loudoun Lodge, have been in strict obedience to and conformity with the rules of the Grand Lodge in such cases made and provided, and that the reasons urged for the return of its charter, are in the opinion of this committee, sufficiently forcible. Resolved therefore, unanimously (as the opinion of this committee), That the interests of Masonry in general and those of the Grand Lodge in particular, will be promoted by the return of said charter. 1819 Proceedings: Resolved, That the jewels and furniture belonging to the late Lodge No. 75 (Loudoun), be loaned to Lodge No. 114 (Olive Branch), and that Brother Geo.
