Whereas, A Dispensation was issued by the Most Wor. Grand Master to authorise the opening a Lodge in the town of Christiansburg, Montgomery county, by the name of McDaniel Lodge, No. ---, appointing Wor. William Clark, Master; David G. Douthatt, Senior Warden, and E. D. Williams, Junior Warden; and said Dispensation being returned with the necessary documents.
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name, title and designation, of McDaniel Lodge, No. 86, and appointing the officers named.
