1866 Proceedings: Whereas, a Dispensation has been issued by the Grand Master authorizing the opening of a new Lodge at Mouth of Wilson, Grayson county, by the name of Mouth of Wilson Lodge, No. ---, appointing John W. May, Master, S. F. Anderson, Senior Warden, and J. M. Kirk, Junior Warden, which Dispensation has been received, with other documents, showing but two meetings of the Lodge:
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name of Month of Wilson Lodge, No. 228, appointing the officers named.
