Whereas, a Dispensation was issued by the Most Worshipful Grand Master for the opening of a Lodge at Lowsville, in Nelson county, Virginia, by the name of Point Pleasant Lodge, No. ---, and appointing Brother W. H. Jones as Master, J. W. Hite, Senior War-den, and E. T. Bowlin, Junior Warden, and the Dispensation and necessary papers being returned:
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, under the name of Mount Pleasant Lodge, No. 84, and appointing J. W. Hite as Master, R. L. Coleman, Senior War-den, and E. T. Bowlin, Junior Warden.
