1815 Proceedings: A dispensation having been issued, signed by the Grand Master, and dated April 19, 1815, for the opening of a Lodge in the town of Wheeling, in the county of Ohio, in the state of Virginia, appointing James Relfe, Master; William Harkins, Senior Warden; and John Richardson, Junior Warden; and the said dispensation having been returned, and a petition for a charter:
Resolved. That a charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name of the Ohio Lodge, No. 101, appointing James H. Relfe, Master; William Harkins, Senior Warden; and John Richardson, Junior Warden.
