Confirmed chartered 12/16/1818. 1818 Proceedings: Whereas a dispensation was issued by the Grand Master, bearing date February 17, 1818, to authorize the opening of a Lodge in Leesburg, in the county of Loudoun, by the name' of the Olive Branch Lodge, appointing Charles P. Tutt, Master; Samuel B. T. Caldwell, Senior Warden; and John A. Binns, Junior Warden; and the said dispensation being returned with the other documents, on motion, Resolved, That a charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, in the town of Leesburg, aforesaid, by the name of the Olive Branch Lodge, No. 114, appointing the same brethren officers thereof, who are named in the said dispensation. 1819 Proceedings: Resolved, That the jewels and furniture belonging to the late Lodge No. 75 (Loudoun), be loaned to Lodge No. 114 (Olive Branch), and that Brother Geo. Richards, Master of said Lodge No. 114, be and he is hereby authorized to ask and receive from Brother Joseph Beard, or any other person, in whose possession they may be, all the said jewels and furniture accordingly, subject to the control of this Grand Lodge.
