1797 Proceedings: A Dispensation has this day issued by order of the Most Worshipful Grand Master, to Nelson Patterson, as Master; Walter Ford, as Senior Warden, and Cheadle Burch, as Junior Warden, to hold a regular Lodge in the county of Amelia, in the
town of Painsville; which Dispensation is to continue in force untill the next Grand Annual Communication and no longer.
That a Charter do issue, appointing Nelson Patterson, Master; Waller Ford, Senior Warden, and Cheadle Burch, Junior Warden, to hold a regular Lodge in the town of Paineville, in the county of Amelia, by the title and designation of the Paineville Lodge, No. 51.
