Confirmed chartered 11/25/1791. 1791 Proceedings: The Most Worshipful Grand Master laid before the Lodge a petition of sundry Brethren, inhabitants in and near the town of Paris, and county of Bourbon, praying for a Charter to hold a Lodge in the town of Paris and county aforesaid. Ordered, That the petition presented by sundry Brethren in and near the town of Paris, and county of Bourbon, praying for a Charter be postponed for consideration until the recommendations required to accompany it by the regulations of this Grand Lodge shall be brought forward. Ordered, That a Charter be granted, authorizing Horatio Hall, as Master; John Waller, as Senior Warden, and James Lanair, as Junior Warden, to hold a Lodge in the town of Paris, in Bourbon county, to be designated the Paris Lodge, No. 35. The Lodge was opened in the fourth degree of Masonry in due form. Brother Horatio Hall and John Waller were introduced and raised to the degree of Past Masters. Brother Hall was then installed as Master, and Brother Waller as Senior Warden of the Paris Lodge, No. 35, presented with their Charter of this date, and congratulated agreeably to the customs of Ancient Masons. The Lodge was then closed.
