1812 Proceedings: A dispensation having been issued by the Grand Master, dated March 12, 1812, to authorize the opening of a Lodge in Prince Edward county, by the name of the Prince Edward Lodge, appointing John Clark, Master; Abner Nash, Senior Warden; and Jack Vaughan, Junior Warden; and the said dispensation having been returned, accompanied with the other necessary documents, on motion,
Resolved, That a charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name of the Prince Edward Providence
Lodge, No. 94, appointing the same persons officers thereof who are named in said dispensation.
