Confirmed Chartered 10/29/1787. 1787 Proceedings: A petition from David Lambert, William Waddill and John Dixon, Masons and inhabitants of the city of Richmond, praying to be incorporated by the name of the Richmond Randolph Lodge, was granted, whereof William Waddill was appointed Master; John Dixon, Senior, and David Lambert, Junior Warden. 1817 Proceedings: It having been represented that the charter of Lodge No. 19, is very much defaced, and a renewed copy of it being much desired by the members of that Lodge, on motion, Resolved, That a renewed copy of said charter be issued to said Lodge.
