Confirmed chartered in District 7 on 12/15/1869.
Whereas, a Dispensation was issued by the Most Worshipful Grand Master for the opening of a Lodge at Snow Creek, Franklin county, Virginia, and appointing Brother Benjamin H. Tatum as Master, D. F. Hodges, Senior Warden, and John R. Brown, Junior Warden, and the Dispensation and necessary documents being returned:
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, under the name of Snow Creek Lodge, No. 90, and appointing the officers named in the Dispensation.
Whereas, Washington Lodge, No. 127, having suspended work, and the District Deputy Grand Master for District No. 14 having placed all the Jewels of said Lodge in the possession of Snow Creek Lodge, No. 90; therefore,
Resolved, That the Grand Secretary charge Snow Creek Lodge, No. 90, the sum of &--- for said Jewels, and that Lodge be requested to forward the same to the Grand Secretary.
