Confirmed chartered as "Snowville Lodge, No. 192" in District 21 on 12/13/1865.
Whereas, a Dispensation was issued by the M. W. Grand Master to authorize the opening of a Lodge at Snowville, in the county of Pulaski, by the name of Snowville Lodge, No. ---, appointing J. W. Stallmaker, Master, S. B. Snow, Senior Warden, and D. A. Ammen, Junior Warden, and said Dispensation being returned with the necessary documents:
Resolved, That a charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name and style of Snowville Lodge, No. 192, and appointing the officers named.
