Grand Master to authorize the opening of a Lodge at Buckingham Institute, in the county of Buckingham, by the name of Stonewall Lodge, No. ---, appointing Wor. Jas. R. Waggoner as Master, W. H. Bumpas as Senior Warden, and Wm. M. Hall as Junior Warden, and said Dispensation being returned, with the necessary documents:
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name, title and designation of Stonewall Lodge, No. 200, and appointing the officers named.
