Whereas, The M. W. Grand Master has issued a Dispensation for the opening of a new Lodge at Berryville, Clarke county, Va., by the name of Treadwell Lodge, No. ---, naming S. S. Neill as Master, S. J. C. Moore, Senior Warden, and C. E. Lippett, Junior Warden, and the said Dispensation and necessary documents having been returned:
Resolved, That a Charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name of Treadwell Lodge, No. 213, appointing the officers named.
