1819 Proceedings: A petition having been presented, signed by several brethren residing near Bruce’s Mills, in the county of Frederick, praying for a charter to establish a Lodge at said place, accompanied by a strong recommendation from the officers of Lodge No. 21, on motion,
Resolved, That a charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name of the Triluminar Lodge, No.
117, appointing John Seevers, Master; Charles W. Littler, Senior Warden; and Joel Ward, Junior Warden.
