1803 Proceedings: A dispensation having been issued by the Most Worshipful Grand Master, to authorize the opening a Lodge, in the county of Fauquier, by the name of the Warren Lodge, appointing Brothers James Wright, Master; Gideon Johnson, Senior Warden; and William Hayes, Junior Warden; dated May 5th, Anno Lucis 5803, and the said dispensation having been returned, and the other necessary documents, on motion,
Resolved, That a charter do issue for the permanent establishment of a Lodge, in the county aforesaid, by the name of the Warrington Lodge, No. 69, appointing the same persons officers thereof who are named in the said dispensation.
1821 Proceedings: That the Lodge No. 116 (Lodge of Fellowship), be and it is hereby permitted to retain and use the jewels of Lodge No. 69 (Warrenton), now dormant.
