1803 Proceedings: A dispensation having been granted by the Most Worshipful Grand Master, on August 3d, 5803, to authorize the opening a Lodge in the county of Patrick, by the name of the Way to Happiness Lodge, appointing John Hughes, Master; John Armstrong, Senior Warden; and John Hanby, Junior Warden; and the said dispensation being returned, a copy of the proceedings of the Lodge under it, and the other necessary documents,
Resolved, That a charter do issue for the permanent establishment of a Lodge, by the name of the Way to Happiness Lodge,
No. 71, appointing the same brethren officers thereof who are named in the said dispensation.
