Confirmed chartered 12/10/1816. 1816 Proceedings: A petition having been received from several members residing in and near the town of Waynesborough, in the county of Augusta, praying for a charter to establish a Lodge in said town, which petition was supported by the recommendation of most of the officers and members of Lodge No. 92, on motion, Resolved, That a charter do issue for the establishment of a Lodge in said town, by the name of the Waynesborough Union Lodge, No. 103, appointing Elijah L. Williams, Master; William Brown, Senior Warden; and Abraham Eversole, Junior Warden.
