1822 Proceedings: Whereas, an application has been made by petition, accompanied by the necessary recommendation of Lodge No. 101, for the establishment of a new Lodge in the town of Wheeling, in the county of Ohio,
Resolved, That the prayer of the petition is reasonable, and that a charter be issued for the permanent establishment of a Lodge in
the town of Wheeling, in the county of Ohio, by the name of Wheeling Lodge, No. 128, appointing Morgan Nelson. Master;
Oliver Wilson, Senior Warden; and John F. Traux, Junior Warden; and that the said Lodge be attached to District, No. 19.
