Chartered 1768 under Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania as Winchester Lodge, No. 12? Confirmed chartered 12/16/1807. 1807 Proceedings: The question relative to the granting a charter to the Winches­ter Lodge, which was partially agitated last evening, and laid over until this evening for final determination, was called up, and after due deliberation, Resolved, That a charter do issue for the permanent establishment of the Lodge formerly held in the town of Winchester, under the authority of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania, and that said Lodge be designated the Winchester Hiram Lodge, No. 21, appointing Peter Lauck, Master; Wm. Silver, Senior Warden; and Lewis Barnett, Junior Warden.
